Shipping & Handling
Once the fruit reaches a specific point in optimum ripening it is handpicked, hand packed and shipped as quickly as possible to ensure it is delivered fresh to you.  Shipping & Handling extra.

Requested Arrival Date Policy

Requested arrival dates are approximate. Because the harvesting process depends greatly on Mother Nature, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. While we do our best to ensure your gift arrives as close to your requested arrival date as possible, arrival dates are not guaranteed.

How we Ship

All of our gifts are handpicked and hand packed, then they leave our facility on FedEx Climate Controlled trucks until they reach a major city near their destination where they are released to the United States Postal Service for delivery. Delivery services will not forward, so to ensure your package is delivered in the best possible condition and take advantage of our 100% satisfaction guarantee, confirm that the address you have provided is a valid United States Postal Address.

All website and mailed orders will receive a phone confirmation, so PLEASE be sure to include your contact information and the best time to call.

For orders placed via internet, phone or mail, we accept payment by VISA, Master Card, or Discover. Mail orders can pay by personal check or money order in US funds or by a credit card mentioned above. For credit cards by mail, be sure to include the month and year of expiration.

We will always ship your gift box packed full of the best quality fruit we have available at the time of shipment. Piece counts can vary depending on size. Mother nature dictates the size of the fruit each year.

Returns & Replacements

All of our gifts come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you find that you are unhappy with your order, we will do our best to replace your order and make it right. If we are not able to replace your gift with the same item due to seasonal availability, we will send a replacement of equal or greater value.
